Glynn Hines delivers his 10th annual State of the 6th District speech. Speakers include: Win Moses, Phil GiaQuinta, Rick Stevenson, Tom Henry, Sandy Kennedy, Mark GiaQuinta, Nancy Becher, Bob Kennedy, Fred Lanahan, Heather Presley, Martin Pastura, Tony Ridley, Maynard Scales, Julie Sanchez and of course Glynn Hines. The event was held March 21, 2009 at Link's Wonderland.

Councilman Glynn Hines begins the morning by introducing some students from his JAG group at Harding High School who would assist with question gathering. The invocation was offered by Rev. Timothy Williams from Good Hope Baptist Church. Hines then awards Links Wonderland his Business of the Year.
