The applications will be available November 14, 2008 and interested businesses will have until December 19, 2008 to turn them in. Steve Shine then talks about Brian Shepard, owner of Metro Real Estate, and has committed $250,000 to façade and interior improvements to their building at Michigan Avenue and Broadway. Gary Chappell talks about the Chappell-Hartleys merger and a bit of history how his restaurant came into being.
