Paul Helmke, president of the Brady Campaign and the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, spoke about “Tragedy in Tucson – Impact on Gun Legislation and the Accessibility of Elected Officials” at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) on February 3, 2011.  This was during a news conference about the event.
