On Friday, April 3, 2009 at 4:30 pm, a Rally for Rail will be held by the Northeast Indiana Passenger Rail Association. There will be several speakers and it is hoped several area legislators in attendance as well. The rally is to demonstrate to those legislators the demand for rail passenger service in this area. Dr. Tom Hayhurst speaks about the rally and its importance.
