On June 24, 2009, the Say No to CasiNO group travelled to Indianapolis to lobby law makers to not pass a referendum vote for the casino issue in Fort Wayne.

John F. Popp, Coalition for a Better Fort Wayne, testifies before the Select Joint Commission on Medicaid Oversight about not supporting a casino referendum in any form. The Coalition traveled to the State House on June 24, 2009 to talk with Legislators about the referendum issue.
