The United Way of Allen County held a press conference to unveil their new program, Help for Hard Times.

Jerry Peterson, President and CEO of United Way of Allen County, talks about Help for Hard Times. The program is aimed at helping the segment of population that needs assistance, but does not meet the requirements of agencies and potentially falls through the cracks. Jerry is followed by Helen Murray, President and CEO of Indiana Michigan Power.
