At the end of the Regular Session of the November 25th 2008 Fort Wayne City Council meeting, Councilman Tim Pape revealed his word for the day, 'hutzpah!' A few days before this, it was revealed that Allen County was considering raises for some of its employees including elected officials. To be fair, the increases have been contemplated for a while, its just the timing that could have been better.
