Established in 1995 by Hal Barry and Chris Schoen, Barry Real Estate Companies, Inc., has been responsible for the development and renovation of approximately four million, rentable square feet of office space throughout its history. Barry has completed developments in Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Florence, South Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; Orlando, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. The company’s major tenants include: The Travelers Insurance Company, Hartford Fire Insurance Company, NORTEL, Marketing Specialists, Ernst & Young, Southern Company, Fortis, MindSpring/EarthLink, Transamerica, Cingular Wireless, Lafarge North America, Bradley Arant, Rose & White, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, Wachovia Bank and Nike, Inc.
