Arrests made in Eby Avenue Shooting Investigation

Felony Charge- Murder
Felony Charge-Possession of a FirearmMarcus Jovan Lindsey M/25
Fort Wayne
Felony Charge-Assisting a Criminal
Both of these individuals were detained in the execution of a high risk search warrant this morning at a residence in the 1400 block of Maumee Avenue. During the operation 5-individuals were detained, 3-of which have been released and not charged.
The ATF and FBI assisted Fort Wayne police with the search warrant.
This Incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Coroner’s office, and the Allen County Prosecutor’s office.
