What is “Liquid Assets?”
“Liquid Assets” is a documentary about the utility systems we depend on every day for the distribution of clean drinking water, removal and treatment of sewage, and drainage for roads and neighborhoods.  The documentary has been aproduced by Penn State University to show that these infrastructure systems are getting old and need significant investments.

What will happen at the meeting?
