Follow The Pipes

The tour will visit three churches each day and includes a demonstration of each instrument. The tour will begin at the first church designated for that day and end at the Embassy Theatre. Participants provide their own transportation, but admission to the various locations is free.  The tour is a joint presentation of The History Center and the Fort Wayne Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.  Information about the other two day’s venues may be found here by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

1:00 pm- Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Dr.
2:00 pm – Congreg. Achduth Vesholom Temple, 5200 Old Mill Rd.
3:00 pm – Grace Saint John United Church of Christ, 4120 S. Webster St.
4:00 pm – Embassy Theatre, 125 W. Jefferson Blvd.

The Hoosier Big Top: The Circus in Indiana and around of World

This exhibition will display artifacts and memorabilia from the Circus Hall of Fame, in Peru, Indiana. Costumes, original posters, stage sets, wagons, and many more unique and historic pieces will be shown during the exhibition. This exhibition truly will be FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. This exhibition is a sponsored event of the Fort Wayne Three Rivers Festival.  Admission is free and runs July 12th through the 20th.  Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am to Noon; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 to 9:00 pm.  Location: the John P. Weatherhead Gallery, Rolland Art Center, University of Saint Francis.

Sprint Food Alley at Headwaters Park East

From Sausage sandwiches with Green Peppers and Onions, to Deep Fried Twinkies or those delectable deep-fried cheese or even the old favorite – Elephant Ears, you’ll find something to tantalize your taste buds!  Admission is free and runs every day from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm in the Headwaters Park East parking lot.
