Under The Sea Showcase at The Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory
Discover a “coral reef” of succulents and flowers, jelly fish, topiary seahorses and fish. Children will enjoy the hands-on water feature and sunken treasure chest. Admission is $4 for Adults and $2 for Children. HOwever, with a TRF Discount Button, Adults pay $1 and Children 50¢. Dates: July 12th through July 20th. Times: Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm; Thursday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Official website.
A selection of several sky shows for mixed audiences from 5th grade to adult and a family matinee for younger children and parents. Admission is $4 for Adults and $3 for Seniors and children. However, with a TRF Discount Button, $1. Dates: July 12th, 13th, 18th and 19th. Times: 3:30 pm Family Matinee Children K – 5th Grade; 7:00 pm Public Show Grade 5th – Adult. Located at the University of Saint Francis.
Mizpah Shrine Parade
Parade of colorful Shrine units including band, horse patrol, bagpipers, clowns and motorized vehicles. Route: East on Wayne Street; North on Calhoun Street; West on Main Street. The parade starts at 8:00 pm. Admission is free and open to everyone!
